Father Ray Levreault

Fr. Ray LevreaultHome parish: St. Joseph's; Macon, GA

Ray was born and raised in Woonsocket, R.I. After high school, Ray joined the "Acts 29 Program" for the Diocese of Providence, whereby he donated two years of his life working in one of the Archdiocese's regional youth centers. Immediately after finishing this program in 1987, Ray joined the Brothers of the Sacred Heart for two years. He completed two years of studies at Providence College. He then worked as a youth minister in his home parish for three and a half years, and has also driven tractor-trailers during different times in his career. He joined the Diocese of Savannah in 1999. Ray received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Franciscan University at Steubenville in 2000. He attended Blessed John XXIII National Seminary in Weston, Massachusetts, and was ordained a deacon in 2004. He was ordained for the Diocese of Savannah in the summer of 2005!

Fr. Raymond Levreault has been appointed Parochial Vicar of Blessed Sacrament Church, Savannah, GA.
